Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Logystera (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, platform, and services. We process only the minimum data required to deliver our services and comply with applicable regulations.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal and operational data necessary to provide observability, log processing, and support services. This includes:

  • Website analytics, IP address, browser details.
  • Contact details when you submit forms (name, email, company).
  • Operational metadata included in JSON logs you choose to process using Logystera.
  • Support communications and diagnostics you voluntarily provide.

We do not collect plaintext secrets or access credentials. Customers control and manage all data sent through Logystera.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to deliver and improve our services, including:

  • Operating and securing the Logystera platform.
  • Providing technical support and service notifications.
  • Improving performance, reliability, and analytics capabilities.
  • Billing, customer communication, and account management.

Data Processing Location

All Logystera company infrastructure is located in the European Union (Croatia). EU-based customers benefit from full GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.

For on-premises deployments, data processing occurs entirely in customer-controlled infrastructure (on-premises or private cloud). Logystera does not have access to customer log data in these deployments.

For cloud-hosted deployments via API Gateway, log data is processed in regions selected by the customer. Logystera V1 does not store audit logs or event batches; long-term metrics availability depends on your Prometheus or remote-write backend.

4. Storage & Retention

Logystera V1 does not store audit logs or event batches. Long-term retention and historical metrics availability are provided by the customer's Prometheus or remote-write backend, based on the customer's retention configuration.

Logystera turns JSON audit and operational logs into real-time metrics, rules, and alerts. Built for distributed teams that need clean, low-noise signals. Vault is our flagship example, but any JSON log source is supported.
Why Logystera? Real-time signals from JSON logs, multi-tenancy and namespace isolation, Prometheus integration, and on-prem readiness.
